Words fail me

Last time I had to present about me in YMCA speaking class. I prepared several words for this speaking. But when that time had come, I could not speak well. Usually I did not use like these words. I wanted to explain more and speak theoretically. The speech was not fine. Maybe the audience did not understand and they were tired to listen. That time I had to enrich my vocabulary and thinking.GC2 C15 F. Sasao

Fuyuko,
Thank you very much for your quick reply to the question...
Your response makes feel wonder about the nature of communication. Even when we are involved in conversations with others in our own language, do our real intentions actually come across? Do we really say the things that we intend to say? My question (and not only to you) is how can we enrich our vocabulary, to express our real intentions? Thanks again, and keep on writing, 'cause you have some great ideas...

To Sasao san.
I understand what you felt. Learning secound language make me fail sometimes because I don't have a way to say better, thinking of listener, I ask myself am I saying right? or do they like it? I am sure there are no right answer yor thought. But care of it.
I have many experiences that I misunderstood questions. It's embarrassing but also made me learn. So don't be afraid to make a mistake. We are learner!
Hope you study well.
